目的：探究仿生物电刺激治疗不同中医证型女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法302例女性压力性尿失禁患者，结合患者中医证型将其分为肾气亏虚型组(100例)，气血亏虚型组(112例)和湿热下注型组(90例)。对其均实施仿生物电刺激治疗，观察三组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分。结果气血亏虚型组患者总有效率为97.32%，显著高于肾气亏虚型组及湿热下注型组的88.00%、87.78%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；但肾气亏虚型组和湿热下注型组患者总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，三组患者生活质量评分均较治疗前显著改善，且气血亏虚型组患者的改善程度显著优于其他两组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而肾气亏虚型组和湿热下注型组患者治疗后生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论仿生物电刺激治疗不同中医证型女性压力性尿失禁可取得较显著的疗效。%Objective To investigate curative effect by biomimetic electrical stimulation in the treatment of female stress incontinence with different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 302 female patients with stress incontinence were divided by their syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine into deficiency of kidney qi type group (100 cases), deficiency of qi and blood type group (112 cases) and downward flow of damp-heat type group (90 cases). They all received biomimetic electrical stimulation for treatment. Observation was made on clinical effects and quality of life scores in the three groups. Results The deficiency of qi and blood type group had obviously higher total effective rate as 97.32% than 88.00% and 87.78% in the deficiency of kidney qi type group and the downward flow of damp-heat type group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference of total effective rate between the deficiency of kidney qi type group and the downward flow of damp-heat type group (P>0.05). After treatment, all the three groups had obviously improved quality of life scores, comparing with those before treatment. The deficiency of qi and blood type group had much better improvement than the other two groups, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference of total effective rate quality of life score after treatment between the deficiency of kidney qi type group and the downward flow of damp-heat type group (P>0.05). Conclusion Implement of biomimetic electrical stimulation provides excellent curative effect in the treatment of female stress incontinence with different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.
