目的：探讨术前心理护理干预对甲状腺癌患者手术效果的影响。方法29例甲状腺癌手术患者，随机分为观察组(15例)和对照组(14例)。对照组患者实施常规术前护理，观察组在常规术前护理基础上实施术前心理护理干预，比较两组患者血压、心率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度。结果与术前访视前比较，观察组手术前30 min 的心率、血压均未出现明显增高，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；而对照组手术前30 min 的心率、血压均明显增高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与术前访视前比较，两组患者手术前30 min 的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显降低，且观察组明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为100.00%，明显高于对照组的71.43%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌患者手术前实施心理护理干预，可有效改善患者的心理状态，使患者的血压、心率维持稳定，有利于手术的成功实施。%Objective To investigate influence by preoperative psychological nursing intervention on operational effect for thyroid cancer patients. Methods A total of 29 patients in thyroid cancer operation were randomly divided into observation group (15 cases) and control group (14 cases). The control group received conventional preoperative nursing, and the observation group also received additional preoperative psychological nursing intervention. Comparison was made on blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety score, depression score and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results Comparing with preoperative interview, there was no obviously increased heart rate and blood pressure in preoperative 30 min in the observation group, and the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The control group had obviously increased heart rate and blood pressure in preoperative 30 min, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparing with preoperative interview, both groups had reduced anxiety scores and depression scores in preoperative 30 min, and the observation group had much lower scores than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had much higher nursing satisfaction degree as 100.00% than 71.43% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of preoperative psychological nursing intervention for thyroid cancer patients can effectively improve their psychological state and stabilize their blood pressure and heart rate. This method is helpful for successful operation.
