目的：观察奇正铁棒锤止痛膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机双盲对照研究将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为奇正铁棒锤止痛膏治疗组(90例)与安慰剂对照组(30例),治疗7d、14d后统计疗效。结果对于膝关节疼痛、压痛和肿胀缓解,奇正铁棒锤止痛膏7d总有效率为85.56%,14 d总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组WOMAC量表疼痛总分比较,治疗7 d后和14 d后两组评分比治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；两组均有轻度不良反应,在停止用药后症状消失,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05))。结论奇正铁棒锤止痛膏可有有效缓解膝关节炎的疼痛、压痛和肿胀等临床症状,治疗膝骨关节炎安全有效。%Objective To observ the security and clinical effect of Tie Bang Chui acesodyne plaster in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 patients of knee osteoarthritis randomly divided into therapy group (90 cases) which use acesodyne plaster and control group (30 cases) which use placebo. After 7 days and 14 days of treatment, the statistical Results of clinical effect were concluded. Results In the therapy group, total effective rate was 85.56%after 7 days of treatment and was 90%after 14 days of treatment. In the comparison of total effective rate between the two groups, the therapy group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.01). There were significant differences in scores comparison of WOMAC before and after 7 days and 14 days treatment in therapy group (P<0.01). There were mild adverse reaction in two groups. The adverse recaction was disappeared after treatment. There was no significant differences in adverse reaction between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Tie Bang Chui acesodyne plaster has remarkable curative effect in relieving repain, tenderness and swelling of knee. It is secure and effect treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
