目的：探讨手术治疗手部腱鞘巨细胞瘤(GCTTS)的疗效,并对相关文献进行回顾性分析。方法对2009年1月~2013年9月本院收治的23例手部GCTTS患者行手术切除,随访6个月~1年观察治疗效果,并结合相关文献分析手部GCTTS的治疗方法。结果23例患者18例一次治愈,5例复发。2003年~2013年有关手部GCTTS治疗的文献分析发现,手术治疗一次治愈率为42.12%~84.23%,复发率为7.28%~56.25%。结论手术切除是手部GCTTS唯一、切实有效的治疗方法,术中完整切除肿瘤是防止复发的关键。%Objective To investigate the surgical efficacy for treatment of giant cell tumors of the tendon sheath(GCTTS) in the hand, and retrospectively analyze the related literature. Methods To performe surgical resection for 23 patients with GCTTS in the hand in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2013, followed up for 6 months to 1 years to observe the treatment effect , combined with relevant literature GCTTS in hand treatment. Results 18 out of 23 patients were cured, 5 cases of recurrence. 2003 ~ 2013 concerning the treatment of GCTTS in the hand literature analysis found a cure for the surgical treatment of 84.23%~42.12%, the recurrence rate was 7.28%~56.25%. Conclusion Surgical resection is the only effective method for treatment of GCTTS in the hand and complete resection of the tumor in surgery is the key to prevent recurrence.
