隔离运行模式下开口V形跑道容量评估模型

         

摘要

为了评估开口V形跑道在隔离运行模式下的容量,根据已有管制运行规则,借鉴FAA的机场容量模型、LMI的跑道容量模型以及M ACAD模型中合理的建模思想,考虑相邻着陆间隙内的起飞飞机的相互影响,构建了开口V形跑道在隔离运行模式下的容量评估模型.重点分析了在不影响最大着陆容量的前提下插入起飞飞机的跑道容量;模型涉及了飞机进近速度、公共进近段的长度、飞机位置的不确定性、间隔标准以及机型组成等影响因素,最终输出跑道容量包络图.对美国某机场开口V形跑道的代表性数据进行算例分析结果表明,由所建立模型得出的"不影响到达容量的条件下插入离场飞机"容量比由M ACAD模型得到的多出每小时3架以上,验证了本文模型和方法的有效性及可行性.%In order to evaluate the capacity of open V-shaped runway in isolated operation mode ,a capacity assessment model of the open V-shaped runway in isolated operation mode was developed based on the rules of the existing control operation ,capacity model of FAA's airport ,capacity model of LMI's runway ,reasonable modeling ideas of MACAD model and the interaction be-tween the take-off aircraft in the adjacent landing clearances .The capacity of the runway inserted into the takeoff plane without affecting the maximum landing capacity was analyzed in this study .The speed of aircraft approach ,approach length ,aircraft po-sition uncertainty ,interval standard ,model composition and other parameters ,and the final output for the runway capacity enve-lope were considered in the model .The representative data of the open V-shaped runways at an airport in the United States showed that the capacity of "insert departure aircraft without affecting the arrival capacity" derived from this model was larger than the capacity obtained by the MACAD model 3 aircraft per hour ,which verified the validity and feasibility of the model and method in this paper .
