中耳三维数字建模和有限元分析初步研究

         

摘要

提出1种建立人体中耳三维数字模型以及有限元分析的方法.采取建立中耳模型的方法对中耳的功能进行仿真研究,以达到改善治疗方法的目的.首先针对中耳解剖结构及传声特性进行深入分析,对听小骨建立模型,并赋予模型材料属性;最后针对模型进行可行性验证,使模型达到力学性能要求.所建立的中耳模型可在一定程度上模拟中耳传声的功能,能够预测中耳传声的力学特征,对中耳辅助装置的应用有一定的借鉴意义.%A three-dimensional digital model of the human middle ear and the finite element analysis method was proposed.The middle ear model was established to simulate the middle ear function in order to achieve the aim of improving treatment.Firstly,the anatomy structure and transmission characteristics of the middle ear were deeply analyzed.Then,the ossicles model was established and the model was given material attributes.Finally,the feasibility of the model was verified in order to make the model meet the requirements of mechanical properties.The middle ear model can simulate the middle ear sound to a certain extent and can predict the mechanical characteristics of middle ear sound,providing a reference for middle ear auxiliary device.
