秸秆有机肥速酵釜及秸秆有机肥生产工艺

         

摘要

A production technology characterized as short-period,low-cost and rapid ferment for straw organic fertilizer is de-signed and its usages are introduced particularly to sort out the problem of long-time decomposition of the crops’straws in the fields after being smashed and spilled as well as the negative impact on the field sanitation and cultivation.The production tech-nology requires smashing the straws first and getting the straws soaked.Then the straws will be put into the rapid ferment ket-tle,which will be constantly heated to a certain temperature,then blended with humic acid and water,which altogether constitute the organic fertilizer.There are five types of inner structure of rapid ferment kettle,under which there is a heating device,which can provide heat by the fireplace inside the device.The kettle can also be placed under the earth,the heat is transmitted to the ket-tle by the heat-transmitting pipes and the holes under the kettle.A solar heat storage pond can be added under the kettle,which can transmit heat to the kettle by the heat-transmitting pipes.Inside the kettle and solar heat storage pond,heat-transmitting pipes are installed respectively,which makes up a circulatory circle to spread heat.A water box is installed on the top of the insu-lated cover of the kettle,which can deliver the heat from the lower part to the upper part of the box by gasifying the heat-conduc-ting fluid through the micro electric pump.The hot water obtained from the process could be used to supplement the solar heat storage pond.As a result,the straw will soon ferment inside the kettle and can be made into organic fertilizer.Successive tests prove that the equipment is pretty low-cost and requires short fermenting period.Thus,the technology can contribute tremen-dously to the improvement of the grain output.%针对目前农作物秸秆还田分解时间较长,对田间卫生和耕作的负面影响,研究了一种周期短、成本低的秸秆有机肥生产工艺。该工艺先将玉米秸秆粉碎,用水浸泡,连同其他辅料送入速酵釜中,对速效釜持续加热到适当温度后,混入褐煤腐殖酸和水,即成有机肥。设计了5种不同结构的速酵釜:有加热器设在釜体下面,通过加热器内的火塘进行加热;釜体也可设在地下,通过输热管和釜底的气孔向釜内输送热气;釜体下可设有太阳能储热池,通过导热管将热量转移到釜体里面;釜体里面和太阳能储热池里面分别设有导热管,构成循环回路输送热量;釜体的保温盖上面安装一个水箱,通过微型电泵装置使导热液体气化,把下面的热量迅速传到上部水箱的水中,且得到的热水可以用来补充太阳能储热池,最终使秸秆在釜中快速发酵,制成秸秆有机肥。通过反复实验证明,该工艺成本低、发酵时间短,能够保证秋收后到春播前连续发酵造肥,可为提高粮食产量作出贡献。
