SmN/α-Fe/Sm2Fe17Nx复相吸波材料的制备与吸波性能

         

摘要

采用热处理Sm2Fe17Nx粉的方法制备了具有三相结构的SmN/α-Fe/Sm2Fe17Nx复相吸波材料。研究表明:随着热处理温度的升高,Sm2Fe17Nx相分解加剧,合金中α-Fe相和SmN相含量增加,饱和磁化强度和微波复磁导率增加,微波复介电常数实部降低而虚部则有所增加,RL〈20 dB的微波吸收峰向低频移动。750℃热处理10 min后合金中α-Fe相、Sm2Fe17Nx相和SmN相的质量分数分别约为55%、22%和23%,在0.5-18 GHz频段具有良好的吸波性能。当厚度为0.7 mm时,材料的反射损耗在16 GHz下为28 dB;厚度为3.2 mm时,材料的反射损耗在5.5 GHz下为33 dB。%SmN/α-Fe/Sm2FelTNx phase composites with electromagnetic (EM) wave absorption properties were prepared by heat-treating Sm2FelTNx powders. With the increase of treatment temperature, the decomposition of Sm2Fe17Nx phase accelerates, the contents of α-Fe phase and SmN phase in the alloy increase, the saturation magnetization and microwave complex permeability of SmN/α-Fe/Sm2Fe17Nx composites increase, the real part of the microwave complex permittivity decreases but the imaginary part increases, and the microwave absorption peak of RL 〈-20 dB moves to low frequency. After Sm2FelTNx powders are treated at 750 ℃ for 10 min, the mass fractions of α-Fe, Sm2FelTNx and SmN phases is approximately 55%, 22% and 23%, respectively, and the SmN/α-Fe/SmeFelTNx composites have a good absorbing properties in the band of 0.5-18 GHz. When the thickness is 0.7 mm, the reflection loss at 16 GHz is -28 dB; but when the thickness is 3.2 mm, the reflection loss at 5.5 GHz is -33 dB.
