提出了一种基于Duffing系统的微弱信号非线性检测方法,与传统的基于随机共振的检测方法相比,该方法只需调节一个系统参数,就能够显著提高系统的辨识度,拓展了信号检测范围。将该方法运用于转子系统碰摩故障的早期检测,操作简便,易于实现,能够从较为复杂的背景噪声中得到转子碰摩故障的信息。% A nonlinear detection method based on Duffing system is proposed for the detection of weak signals. Compared with the conventional stochastic resonance algorithms, there is only one parameter that needs to be adjusted, and the identification precision can be enhanced using the proposed algorithm. Therefore, the signal detection range can be expanded. This method is applied to detecting the weak frequency component signals characterizing the inception of rub-impact fault of rotor system. The result shows that the weak frequency component signals can be well extracted from the complex background noise, and this method is also convenient and can be simplyimplemented.
