厚渣层铁浴熔融还原炼铁与硫排放

         

摘要

针对厚渣层铁浴熔融还原炼铁工艺的特性, 建立了用于物料平衡及热平衡计算的静态模型, 并基于硫容量的定义, 耦合计算了硫在渣-金-气三相中的分配.通过计算分析了操作参数对厚渣层铁浴熔融还原炼铁工艺中硫排放的影响, 尤其是气体硫排放的有效控制.最后将计算结果与现代化高炉炼铁厂的实际生产数据进行对比分析, 阐明了本工艺在降低气态硫排放方面的优势及合适的操作条件.%According to the characteristics of the iron bath smelting reduction process with a thick slag layer, a static model for heat and mass balance calculation was developed.The calculation of sulfur distribution in the three phases of slag, metal and gas was particularly embedded in the model.The influence of the operational parameters on the sulfur emissions during the process was analyzed with the modeling results.Effective control of the gaseous sulfur emission was analyzed.The modelling results were compared with the actual production data from a modern blast furnace ironmaking plant to clarify the advantages of the process on reducing the emission of gaseous sulfur and providing the appropriate operation conditions.
