供给侧改革作为当今的热点话题之一,对我国今后的紧急发展有着至关重要的影响.政府作为供给侧改革的实施者,推行供给侧改革具有深刻的动因.旧常态下全面政府的博弈组合模式不再能适应新常态的大环境,使得经济增速下降,此时的政府在博弈之中需要对市场做出适当的让步,恢复与"强市场"的并存的均衡路径,通过对两部门模型的分析,找到供给侧改革的关键所在.并且供给侧改革的实施者——政府对微观经济体的规制也需要革新.如此,在实现有限政府与有效市场的良性互动的条件下,才能使得供给侧结构性改革得以有效实施.%Supply side reform, as one of the hot topics, has an important impact on the future development of our country.
