竞技体育人才培养是影响竞技体育可持续发展的核心要素，对我国竞技体育人才培养的方式进行剖析，梳理当前我国竞技体育人才培养主要方式的关联脉络，认为体工队、俱乐部、院校化是我国竞技体育人才培养的3种主要方式。院校化是传统体工队培养的管理方式创新、俱乐部式是体工队与社会力量结合的创新方式。提出从驱动机制构建、完善制度建设、促进保障体系和社会力量驱动4个方面，促进我国竞技体育人才培养方式的协同发展。%Sports talent cultivation is the key factor affecting the sustainable development of competitive sports ,this paper makes analysis on sports talent cultivation mode in China ,and discusses the context association of sports talent cultivation mode .The result shows that the sports team ,clubs and colleges are the three main ways of sports talent cultivation in China . Colleges are the innovation of traditional sports team training management mode ,clubs are the innovation mode of sports team and social force combination .It suggests that we should pro‐mote the cooperative development of sports talent cultivation mode in China from driving mech‐anism ,improvement of the system construction ,security system promotion and social force driven .
