This paper uses survey ,experimental and statistical methods to make experiment on new seamless plastic and traditional celluloid table tennis ,explore its impact on the develop-ment of technical and tactical and the ornamental of the game .The research results show that the hardness and bounce height of seamless plastic table tennis slightly higher than celluloid ta-ble tennis ,the bounce landing and flight stability and accuracy of the arc superior to celluloid table tennis .At the same time ,for the hardness and increases of the size of seamless plastic ta-ble tennis ,weakening of speed and spin ,and the increases of bounce height ,players have the basic positive attitude ,and they agreed that the use of seamless plastic table tennis are bound to affect the use of techniques and tactics of table tennis development in all its aspects ,and to further increase the ornamental of the game .%采用调查访谈、实验和数理统计等研究方法，对新型无缝塑料乒乓球与传统赛璐珞乒乓球进行实验比较，探讨其对技战术发展和比赛观赏性的影响。研究结果表明，无缝塑料乒乓球的硬度和弹跳高度均略高于赛璐珞乒乓球，无缝塑料乒乓球的弹跳落点和飞行弧线的稳定性和准确性优于赛璐珞乒乓球。同时，试打运动员对无缝塑料乒乓球球硬度和体积的增大、速度和旋转的减弱以及反弹高度的增加基本持肯定态度，并一致认为无缝塑料乒乓球的使用势必影响技、战术发展的各个环节，并能够进一步提高比赛的观赏性。
