Isomed 2000测试系统的等速向心测试方法的可信度分析

     

摘要

分析Isomed 2000测试系统等速向心肌力测试方法的可信度。应用标准重物对比的方法对Isomed 2000等速肌力测试系统进行检验,对19名普通健康年青人(15男,4女,平均年龄=24.1±5.6岁)进行了腰背屈/伸60°/s、髋关节屈/伸60°/s 、180°/s和240°/s、膝关节屈/伸60°/s和240°/s、踝关节跖屈/背屈60°/s 、180°/s和240°/s、肩关节60°/s和180°/s、肘关节屈/伸60°/s 、180°/s和240°/s、腕关节屈/伸60°/s和240°/s的单侧等速向心测试和重复性测试,2次测试间隔4~7天。测试结果:1)标准重物进行的3次测试值与计算值的相关系数 r>0.999;2)腰背屈/伸60°/s、髋关节屈/伸60°/s和180°/s、膝关节屈/伸60°/s和240°/s、踝关节跖屈/背屈60°/s 和180°/s、肩关节60°/s和180°/s、肘关节屈/伸60°/s和180°/s、腕关节屈/伸60°/s和240°/s测试时的力矩、做功和功率参数的组内相关系数(ICC )介于0.71~0.98之间;3)肘关节240°/s测试时力矩的ICC为0.67~0.82、髋关节240°/s测试时屈肌群各参数的ICC为0.64~0.83、踝关节240°/s测试时背屈肌群各参数值的ICC为0.36~0.82。结论:该仪器误差小,准确度、精度良好;肘关节、髋关节和踝关节240°/s测试重复性相对较差,其余各关节肌群的不同速度测试重复性中等或者良好。%The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability of Isomed 2000 dynamome-ter .We compared the dynamometer and different weight of barbells on torque .Nineteen normal subjects (15 male ,4 female)ages 24 .1 ± 5 .6 with no history of related injury were tested uni-laterally for concentric extension/flexion ,back at 60°/s ,hip at 60°/s ,180°/s and 240°/s , knee at 60°/s and 240°/s ,ankle at 60°/s ,180°/s and 240°/s ,shoulder at 60°/s and 180°/s , elbow at 60°/s ,180°/s and 240°/s ,w rist at 60°/s and 240°/s ,utilizing standard Isomed 2000 protocol .Each subject was tested two times with an interval of 4~7 days .Statistical a-nalysis of data showed that 1) The correlation coefficient (r) between the torque measured and calculated was > 0 .999 .2) the isokinetic concentric extension/flexion mode for back at 60°/s ,hip at 60°/s and 180°/s ,knee at 60°/s and 240°/s ,ankle at 60°/s and 180°/s ,shoulder at 60°/s and 180°/s ,elbow at 60°/s and 180°/s ,w rist at 60°/s and 240°/s of the Isomed 2000 dynamometer was with test-retest reliability ranging from 0 .71 to 0 .98 .3 ) The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC ) of elbow extension/flexion peak torque and average peak torque at 240°/s to be from 0 .67 to 0 .82 ,ICC of hip flexion every parameters at 240°/s to be from 0 .64 to 0 .83 ,ICC of ankle extension (dorsiflexion ) every parameters at 240°/s to be from 0 .36 to 0 .82 .Conclusions :1)The measurement error of the dynamometer is small and the ac-curacy is fine .2) The isokinetic concentric extension/flexion mode for hip ,elbow and ankle at 240°/s of the dynamometer was less or not reliable for test-retest measures of peak torque , work and power ;3) Other measures implied good to excellent reliable .
