Countless number of traditional Wushu and more cultural heritage ,how to conduct a reasonable evaluation has become the hottest topic of the moment .This paper ,by using the lit-erature review ,content analysis ,Delphi Method ,mathematical statistics and other research methods ,taking traditional Wushu managers ,experts ,three aspects of the heritage authority personnel as the main survey ,around the traditional Wushu of the intangible cultural heritage evaluation index system ,conducted two-round surveys .The results show that experts actively coefficients were 84 .62% and 90 .91% ,pundits coefficients were greater than 0 .8 ,the higher coordination experts ,the findings preferable .The study final results of the intangible cultural heritage showed a traditional Wushu evaluation 5 ,two evaluation indexes 11 ,three evaluation index 45 ,index levels mainly around the main tradition ,heritage content ,succession ,inherit-ance management ,heritage effects ,five commenced an index ,but the study also identified through the evaluation methods for different levels ,different types ,different characteristics of traditional Wushu intangible cultural heritage for scientific and rational evaluation of the foun-dation .%传统武术项目繁多，文化遗产更是不计其数，如何进行合理的评价已经成为当下的主要议题之一。通过运用文献资料研究、内容分析、德尔菲法、数理统计等研究方法，以传统武术管理人员、专家、传承人三个方面的权威人员为主要调查对象，围绕传统武术非物质文化遗产的评价指标体系构建进行了两轮问卷调查。调查结果显示，专家积极系数分别为84．62％和90．91％，专家权威系数均大于0．8，专家协调性较高，调查结果可取。研究最终得出传统武术非物质文化遗产一级评价指标5项，二级评价指标11项，三级评价指标45项，各级指标主要围绕传承主体、传承内容、传承方式、传承管理、传承效果5项一级指标展开。
