对近年来重要的国际与国内反兴奋剂文献和资料进行了研究，分析、揭示了国际反兴奋剂斗争的形势、特点和发展趋势，以及国外反兴奋剂政策和管理措施的调整走向，并对我国反兴奋剂工作的现状做了调查；提出了符合国情的加强反兴奋剂工作的对策和建议。%Based on study of recent years'important international and domestic anti-doping documents and materials,and investigation of present anti-doping work in China,the paper analyzes the situation,characteristics and developing trend of the worldwide fight against doping,makes an all-round description of the adjustment and change of the anti-doping policy in various countries,and put forwards some reasonable and practicable proposals for the enhancement of anti-doping work in China.
