以Web of Science引文索引数据库中的科学引文索引（Science Citation Index ，即SCI ）为基础，搜索美国近6年来，以运动损伤为研究主题的文献共1283篇。利用知识图谱软件CitespaceIII对所获得的文献进行关键词及主题词共现分析。并对各个聚类簇中的高被引文献进行归纳和总结，进而深入分析美国运动损伤领域的主要研究内容。研究发现：美国运动损伤研究的热点主要集中于运动相关性脑震荡、前交叉韧带损伤、关节不稳及过度使用性损伤等4类；且每种研究都紧紧围绕运动损伤的机理、损伤的预防、治疗、康复及可重返赛场的康复标准来进行；研究多应用现代生理学、生物力学、解剖学、生物化学等学科的先进测量手段对损伤进行评估和测量；发现美国重视运动损伤研究的长期性和连贯性，并关注青少年运动员损伤的预防和治疗。%This study uses the software of Citespace Ⅲ to analyze American literatures in the last six years which searched from science citation index in Wed of Science database .The pur‐pose is to analyze the main content of the hot research topic in sport injury in America .The re‐sult shows that the research hotspot about sport injury in America is focused on sports concus‐sion ,anterior cruciate ligament injury ,joint instability ,over used injury .Each study closely as‐sociated with mechanism ,prevention ,treatment and rehabilitation of sports injury ,and the standards of return to sports .Each study application the modern advanced measurement meth‐ods of physiology ,biomechanics and anatomy to assess and measure injured subjects .We also found out that the United States attaches great importance to the long‐term and consistency sports injury research and exploration of the injuries of adolescent athletes .
