丙烯酸酯橡胶AR 72 LS的结构与性能

         

摘要

采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、热失重-气相色谱-质谱联用仪及核磁共振氢谱表征了牌号为AR 72 LS的丙烯酸酯橡胶( ACM),考察了炭黑用量对ACM混炼胶及硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明, ACM的主单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯,硫化点单体为氯乙基乙烯醚;随着炭黑用量的增加,ACM混炼胶的最大转矩、最小转矩及转矩差值均增大,正硫化时间延长,Payne效应变得明显;ACM硫化胶的损耗因子峰值降低,玻璃化转变温度升高,拉伸强度、邵尔A硬度和定伸应力均提高,扯断伸长率先增大后减小。%The structure of acrylate rubber( ACM) AR 72 LS was characterized by Fourier transform in-frared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry-gas chromatog-raphy-mass spectrometry and 1 H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, the effects of carbon black amount on the properties of ACM compounds and vul-canizates were investigated. The results showed that ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and methoxyethyl acry-late were main monomers in ACM synthesis, and chloroethylvinyl ether was used as a crosslinking monomer. With increasing carbon black, the maxi-mum torque, the minimum torque and torque diffe-rence increased, optimum curing time of ACM com-pounds extended and the Payne effect of compounds became obvious. The loss factor peak value of ACM vulcanizates decreased, the glass transition tempera-ture shifted to high temperature, the tensile strength, Shore A hardness and modulus increased, while the elongation at break increased first and then de-creased.
