根据芳纶1414和棉两种纤维特性差异，在现代先进的棉纺纱设备上，结合生产实践，优化选择工艺参数，并解决了纺制中存在的难点，探索性地开发出高品质的27.9 tex 50/50芳纶1414/棉混纺纱。纱线的性能测试结果表明，成纱强度高，条干均匀，毛羽少。%Based on different properties of aramid 1414 fiber and cotton fiber, process parameters were optimized and the difficulties existing in the spinning process were solved, and by combining with production practice, the high-quality 27.9 tex 50/50 aramid 1414/cotton blended yarn was spun on modern spinning machine. The yarn was then tested. The test results show that the yarn has high strength, better evenness and less hairiness.
