We used ‘Xiuli’ watermelon as the test material to research the inhibition rate and inhibitory effect of different concentrations butralin on axillary buds when the main vine began to appear axillary buds.The results indicated that the average inhibition rate,the average sprout inhibition rate and the average inhibitory effect reached the maximum after 21 days of spraying when the butralin diluted 70 times,which is 79.8%,72.0% and 75.6%,respectively.Compared with control,there was no significant difference in the fruit yield and quality when we sprayed the butralin which diluted 70 times.Therefore,butralin had good inhibition effect on axillary buds of watermelon and there would be proved a good application prospect in agricultural production.%以秀丽为试验材料,定植后主蔓开始出现腋芽时,采用不同浓度化学抑芽剂仲丁灵对西瓜腋芽进行处理,研究仲丁灵对西瓜腋芽生长的抑制率和抑制效果.结果表明:在仲丁灵稀释70倍时,施药后21 d的平均芽长抑制率、平均抑芽率及抑芽效果均达最大,分别为79.8%、72.0%和75.6%.稀释70倍的仲丁灵处理西瓜腋芽后与对照相比,西瓜果实产量和品质无显著变化.说明仲丁灵对西瓜腋芽生长具有较好的抑制效果,在农业生产上具有良好的应用前景.
