Effect of heat treatment on physiology and quality of Asparagus sprout were investigated. The results showed that the respiration rate,released C2H2 content and decaying rate were inhibited,the declination of the content of VC and SOD activity were delayed.%研究了热处理对采后石刁柏生理和品质的影响,结果表明:热处理可有效抑制石刁柏呼吸强度和乙烯释放量,保持SOD活性,抑制MDA含量的升高,延缓果实VC含量的降低及降低腐烂率。
