By applying actinomycete fertilizer to the hole before transplanting, this paper studied the effect of actinomycete fertilizer on growth promotion and yield increase of processing tomatoes and prevention and control effects of early blight and broomrape.The results showed that the small hole application of Streptomyces pactum fertilizer could inhibit tomato plant height, improve commercial fruit rate of processing tomato and increase its yield by 10.9%-32.7%.Ten grams each hole had the best effect.Matrix mixed with actinomycete fertilizer seedling + hole applied with linear bacteria fertilizer 10 g could significantly reduce plant height of processing tomato, increase fruits number per plant, significantly reduce both disease index of tomato early blight by 70.0%, and branching number of broomrape by 37.6%.It is suitable for field production of processing tomato in Yanqi Region of Xinjiang.%采用移栽前在移栽孔中穴施放线菌肥的方法, 研究放线菌肥对加工番茄的促生、增产作用及对早疫病和列当的防控效果.结果表明:穴施密旋链霉菌放线菌肥能够抑制番茄株高, 提高加工番茄商品果率, 增产10.9%~32.7%, 其中10 g·穴-1施用量效果最佳.基质拌放线菌育苗+穴施放线菌肥10 g·穴-1可以显著降低加工番茄株高, 提高单株结果数, 番茄早疫病病情指数显著降低70.0%, 列当分枝数显著降低37.6%, 适用于新疆焉耆地区加工番茄大田生产.
