With enhancing the realization of low-carbon green, by analyzing the energy consumption of the traction and braking sys-tem of trains running on metro vehicles , energy consumption has occupied a large proportion in the operation cost in urban mass transit system,therefore,energy-saving has become an important issue increasingly. In order to reduce the large energy consumption of resistance braking, the reasonable suggestion of energy saving is proposed.%随着人们低碳环保意识的增强，通过对国内地铁轨道交通列车在正常运行时牵引和制动系统参数及能量消耗的测试分析，耗能在城市轨道交通的运营成本中占据着很大的比重，节能已经成为日益关注的焦点问题。尽管国内部分车辆采用再生制动方式，但是列车通过制动电阻消耗的能量仍然较大，因此对地铁列车制动能量进行回收很有必要。
