本文对观音阁水库电站PLC微机步进电机式和PCC数字阀式调速器出现的电液转换器发卡、配压阀内泄漏、步进电机拒动作、数字阀不能正常工作等故障原因进行了分析，提出了调速器出现故障时的判断、分析和处理方法。%In the paper,PLC computer stepper motor type and PCC digital valve governor appeared electro-hydraulic converter blocking,internal leakage of pressure valve,stepper motor action refusal,digital valve abnormal work and other failures are discovered on Guanyinge Reservoir Station. Failure reasons are analyzed aiming at the above problems. Judgment,analysis and treatment methods during failure occurrence are proposed.
