Objective To observe the practice effects of quality control circle activities in reducing the complications of patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods According to the order of admission,80 patients undergoing hemodialysis were divided into 2 groups,each of 40.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given quality control circle activities management.The incidence of complications and the quality of life of the 2 groups were compared. Results The incidence rates of hypotension,catheter related infections and malnutrition in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (χ2 = 6.275,P = 0.012,χ2 =6.646,P =0.010,χ2 =9.600,P =0.002).The scores of physical function,cognitive function,role function and social function in the former were higher than those in the later.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence rates of complications such as hypotension, malnutrition and so on,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：观察品管圈活动对降低血液透析患者并发症的效果。方法按照入院先后顺序将80例血液透析患者分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组则行品管圈活动管理。比较2组患者干预后并发症发生率及生活质量。结果观察组低血压、导管相关感染、营养不良发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.275,P =0.012；χ2=6.646,P =0.010；χ2=9.600,P =0.002)。观察组干预后躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、社会功能评分及总体健康评分均高于对照组。结论品管圈活动能降低血液透析患者低血压、营养不良等并发症发生率,显著提高患者生活质量。
