目的：观察应用品管圈预防细孔钻颅血肿清除术后并发症的效果。方法选取2013年8月-2015年10月行细孔钻颅血肿清除术治疗的93例高血压脑出血患者设为试验组，另选取2011年10月-2013年7月行细孔钻颅血肿清除术治疗的82例患者作为对照组。对照组实施常规护理，试验组开展品管圈活动进行护理。比较2组患者术后并发症发生率及对护理工作的满意度。结果试验组发热、颅内再出血、肺部感染、颅内感染、颅内积气、泌尿系感染、下肢静脉血栓等并发症发生率均低于对照组；试验组对护理人员操作技术、生活护理、健康教育、服务态度、整体印象等方面的满意度均明显高于对照组。结论品管圈活动应用于细孔钻颅血肿清除术患者，可有效降低患者术后并发症发生率，提高患者对护理工作的满意度，提高整体护理质量。%Objective To discuss the effect of quality control circle (QCC)activities in preventing postoperative complications of fine drilling skull treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-three hypertension patients with cerebral hemorrhage to receive fine drilling skull treatment between August 2013 and October 201 5 were selected as the experimental group,another 82 patients with the same condition and treatment between October 201 1 and July 2013 were chosen as the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given nursing according to the QCC.The rate of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications,including fever, intracranial bleeding,pulmonary infection,intracranial infection, intracranial gas,urinary tract infection and deep vein thrombosis of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.However,the satisfaction to nursing technical operations,life nursing,health education, nursing attitude and total impression of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion QCC activities applied in nursing of fine drilling skull treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, promote patients satisfaction towards nursing and overall nursing level.It is worthy of clinical use.
