Objective To explore the effects of cluster keeping-warm management of newborns in rooming-in wards.Methods A total of 600 newborns were listed according to their time of birth and those labelled with odd numbers were selected into a study group and those with even numbers were chosen into a control group,each of 300.Both groups were given routine nursing after their birth,while the study group was additionally provided with cluster keeping-warm management.Results Twenty-four hours after their birth,the temperature of the study group was significanlty more stable than that of the control group,while the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than the latter. Conclusions Cluster keeping-warm management can help newborns to keep normal temperature and prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia.%目的：探讨母婴同室新生儿集束化保暖管理的实践效果。方法将600例符合标准的新生儿按出生时间进行编号,单数为研究组,双数为对照组,每组各300例。对照组出生后采取常规的护理方法,研究组在对照组基础上予以集束化保暖管理。结果实验组新生儿出生后24h 体温稳定情况好于对照组(Z =-7.426,P =0.000)、低血糖发生率低于对照组(P =0.031)。结论实施集束化保暖管理有利于新生儿控制正常体温,预防低血糖的发生。
