目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎采用中医针灸综合疗法的临床效果。方法：收治确诊并采取中医针灸综合疗法治疗的强直性脊柱炎患者72例，对其治疗前后的病情变化进行分析。结果：本组有效率97.22%，患者治疗后中医症状积分、晨僵时间均优于治疗前(P＜0.05)；患者治疗后脊柱活动度、胸廓活动度及臀地距均优于治疗前(P＜0.05)；患者治疗后ESR、CRP水平均低于治疗前(P＜0.05)。结论：对强直性脊柱炎患者的治疗，采取中医针灸综合疗法安全、有效，能促进患者康复。%Objective:To investigate the effect of Chinese acupuncture combined therapy in the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:72 patients with ankylosing spondylitis treated by Chinese acupuncture combined therapy were selected.We analyzed the change of the condition before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate of this group was 97.22% ,and the TCM symptom score and morning stiffness time of patients after treatment were better than before the treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of activity of the spine,the activity of the thorax and the distance of the arm were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of ESR and CRP were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:For the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,taking Chinese acupuncture combined therapy is safe and effective,and can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
