Objective:To explore the application of improved Stoppa approach in surgical treatment of acetabular and pelvic fracture.Methods:82 patients with acetabular and pelvic fracture were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each.The control group was given iliac inguinal approach surgical treatment.The observation group was given improved Stoppa approach surgical treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and blood loss of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of improved Stoppa approach in surgical treatment of acetabular and pelvic fracture is better.%目的：探讨改良 Stoppa 入路在髋臼及骨盆骨折手术治疗中的应用。方法：收治髋臼及骨盆骨折患者82例，分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组给予髂腹股沟入路手术治疗，观察组给予改良Stoppa入路手术治疗。对比两组患者的疗效。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组的手术时间、术中出血量少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：改良Stoppa入路在髋臼及骨盆骨折手术治疗中的应用效果更好。
