高分辨率磁敏感加权像对颅内肿瘤微血管的研究

     

摘要

Purpose: To investigate the features of the micrangium of the intracranial tumors on high-resolution susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) , and to estimate the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of SWI. Methods: Fourty-eight cases of postoperative pathological and clinical follow-up confirmed intracrarnial tumors were enrolled in our study. The features of the tumors were graded based upon intratumral susceptibility signals (ITSS), and % test was used to analyze the data. Results were represented by x+s and significant threshold was set as P<0.05. Results: The grade of ITSS of the high grade gliomas was obviously higher than that of the low grade gliomas (P<0.01. The grade of ITSS of the high grade gliomas was obviously higher than that of the lymphadenomas (P<0.01) . SWI was much better than the routine sequences of MRI in displaying the micrangium of the intracrarnial tumors. Conclusion: SWI can better display inner structure of the intracrarnial tumors, micrangium of the intracrarnial tumors, and can provide additional valuable information in clinical diagnosis and treatment.%目的:探讨高分辨率磁敏感加权像(SWI)对颅内肿瘤微血管表现,评价SWI在肿瘤定性诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值.方法:48例经手术病理证实或临床随访证实颅内肿瘤.根据SWI肿瘤内磁敏感信号(ITSS)进行分级,对所得数据资料行x2检验,结果以x-±s表示,以P<0.05判定为有显著性差异.结果:高级别星形细胞瘤ITSS级别高于低级别星形细胞瘤(P<0.01),高级别星形细胞瘤ITSS级别高于淋巴瘤(P<0.01).在显示颅内肿瘤微血管方面SWI明显优于MRI常规序列.结论:SWI有助于对颅内肿瘤内部结构显示,特别瘤内微血管,为临床诊治提供有价值的补充信息.
