目的：探讨吞咽障碍（deglutition disorders.DD）病因及其治疗效果评价。方法：回顾分析我科2011年1月至2013年12月DD住院患者248例病因及其治疗效果。结果：吞咽功能障碍以脑卒中发病率最高。87.5%患者通过综合治疗能改善DD程度。结论：吞咽障碍发病率高，正确诊断、治疗，能显著提高治疗效果。%oobjective:Explore the swal owing disorder etiology and treatment effect evaluation. METHODS: Retrospective analysis of our department between January 2011 and January 2013, 248 cases of hospitalized patients with DD etiology and treatment effect .RESULTS: Swal owing dysfunction in the highest incidence of stroke. 87.5% of patients with comprehensive treatment can improve the DD.CONCLUSION: High rates of swal owing disorder, correct diagnosis, treatment, can significantly improve the treatment effect .
