目的比较间歇泵奶联合非营养性吸吮与常规口饲法在早产低出生体重儿中的喂养效果.方法将100例早产低出生体重儿随机分为两组，实验组采用间歇泵奶联合非营养性吸吮喂养方法，观察组采用常规口饲喂养方法，每组60例，用早产儿专用配方奶喂养，记录早产低出生体重儿喂养不耐受情况、胃管留置时间、住院天数.结果间歇泵奶联合非营养性吸吮喂养不耐受明显低于常规口饲法(P<0.01)，平均住院日与胃管留置时间明显低于常规口饲法(P<0.05).结论间歇泵奶联合非营养性吸吮比常规口饲法喂养不耐受少，可锻炼其吸吮能力，减少住院天数，且安全、方便、可行.%Objective to compare the intermittent pump combination of nonnutritive sucking milk feeding method in the mouth with conventional premature low birth weight of the feeding effect. Methods 100 cases of premature birth low birth weight randomly divided into two groups, while the study group with intermittent pump joint of nonnutritive sucking milk feeding method, the observation group with conventional mouth feed method, each group of 60 patients, with premature special formula fed, premature birth record low birth weight babies feed intolerance, the tube, the length of time a lien days. Results the intermittent pump combination of nonnutritive sucking milk feeding intolerance obviously lower than conventional mouth feeding method (P < 0.01), the day in hospital and the tube time was significantly lower than the conventional mouth retained feeding method (P < 0.05). Conclusion intermittent pump combination of nonnutritive sucking milk feeding method than the conventional mouth to feed intolerance less, can exercise its sucking ability, reduce hospitalization days, and safe, convenient and feasible.
