目的：探讨急诊内科患者昏迷的原因、诊断方法及治疗措施。方法：对2013年3月-2014年9月笔者所在医院收治的150例急诊内科昏迷患者的资料进行分析，分析患者的发病原因、早期诊断、抢救方法及临床效果。结果：150例急诊内科昏迷患者经积极抢救，119例痊愈出院，抢救成功率为79.33%，31例经抢救无效死亡，死亡率为20.67%，其中脑卒中死亡率最高。少尿或无尿、高热及血压异常等是导致患者死亡的主要原因。结论：急诊内科患者昏迷原因较多，为了降低死亡率，应加强对患者的诊断和治疗，提高抢救成功率。%Objective:To investigate the causes of emergency medical patients in a coma, diagnostic methods and treatment measures.Method:The data of the 150 cases of coma in the emergency medical of our hospital from March 2013 to September 2014 were analyzed, the etiology, early diagnosis, rescue methods and clinicalresults of the patients were analyzed.Result:150 cases of coma in the emergency medical through active treatment,119 cases were discharged, the survival rate was 79.33%,31 cases died,the mortality rate was 20.67%,the highest mortality rate among stroke.Little or no urine, high fever and abnormal blood pressure were the leading causes of death in patients.Conclusion:Emergency medical patients with many coma reasons , in order to reduce the mortality rate,it should be strengthen the diagnosis and treatment of the patients,improve the success rate of rescue.
