Objective:To investigate the method and curative effect of lauromacrogol injection in treatment of simple hepatic cysts under ultrasound guided.Method:48 cases of liver cyst patients were treated with aspiration and percutaneous puncture to injecte lauromacrogol sclerosing therapy under ultrasound guided,then followed-up curative effect observation with ultrasound.Result:all cases were followed up for 6 months,32 cases of patients cured,14 cases of patients were effective,2 cases of patients were invalid in the 48 cases of liver cyst patients.The total efficiency was 95.8%(46/48).The intraoperative and postoperative mild abdominal discomfort had 12 cases,intraoperative intracystic hemorrhage had 2 cases.Conclusion:The efficacy in the treatment of simple hepatic cyst with the lauromacrogol injection under ultrasound guided is accurate,less adverse reaction.%目的：探讨超声引导下注射聚桂醇治疗单纯性肝囊肿的方法和疗效。方法：在超声引导下对48例肝囊肿患者行穿刺抽吸注入聚桂醇硬化治疗，超声随访观察疗效。结果：所有病例均在6个月后随访，结果48例肝囊肿患者中，治愈32例，有效14例，无效2例，总有效率95.8%(46/48)。其中术中、术后出现轻度腹部不适12例，术中囊内出血2例。结论：注射聚桂醇治疗单纯性肝囊肿疗效确切，不良反应少。
