Objective:To study and analysis the application effect of the predictive nursing in emergency treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis. Method:80 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in our hospital emergency observation area from January 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects,using the method of random stratification, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group were given conventional nursing care, the observation group on the basis of the control group were given the predictive nursing guidelines,the satisfaction with nursing care and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:In the observation group, there were 2 cases of complications, the incidence of complications was 5%, and the total satisfaction degree was 95%;in the control group, there were 15 cases of complications, the incidence of complications was 37.5%, the total nursing satisfaction was 62.5%;the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Nursing care of diabetic ketoacidosis in emergency, which is worthy of popularization and promotion.%目的:研究分析预见性护理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒急救中的应用效果.方法:选择2013年1月-2014年10月笔者所在医院急诊观察区收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者80例作为研究对象,利用随机分层法将其均分为对照组与观察组.对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予预见性护理指引,比较两组患者的护理满意度和并发症发生率.结果:观察组中有2例患者发生并发症,并发症发生率为5.0%,护理总满意度为95.0%;对照组中有15例患者发生并发症,并发症发生率为37.5%,护理总满意度为62.5%;两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:预见性护理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒急救中,值得大力推广并普及使用.
