ISPN引入《基础护理学》理论与实训一体化教学模式的应用

         

摘要

Objective:To probe into the application effect of ISPN introduced the integrated teaching model of basic nursing theory and practice training.Methods:A total of 62 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group used the traditional teaching method of teaching,while the students in observation group adopted international nurse proficiency test(ISPN) introduced the integrated teaching model of basic nursing theory and practice training.Namely the training of theory was all taught in the multimedia training room,relevant content of ISPN was introduced to teaching,both teachers and students together completed the task of teaching.Results:The scores of theory,nursing English and comprehensive skills assessment in observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05);90.00% of the students thought it could improve learning efficiency,83.33% of the students thought it could improve nursing English ability.Conclusion:Application of ISPN introduced the integrated teaching model of basic nursing theory and practice training could improve the students' academic achievement,operation skills and comprehensive nursing ability.%[目的]探讨国际护士执业水平考试(ISPN)引入《基础护理学》理论与实训一体化教学模式的应用效果.[方法]将62名护理本科学生随机分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用传统教学方法授课,观察组采用ISPN引入《基础护理学》理论与实训一体化教学模式教学,即理论实训均在多媒体综合实训室授课,授课中引入ISPN的相关内容,师生双方共同完成教学任务.[结果]观察组学生理论成绩、护理英语成绩、实践技能成绩及基础护理总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组90.00%学生认为能够提高学习效率,83.33%学生认为能够提高护理英语表达能力.[结论]运用ISPN引入《基础护理学》理论与实训一体化教学模式有利于提高学生的理论成绩、操作技能及综合护理能力.
