糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病病人最为常见的一种并发症，晚期时可出现糖尿病足甚至截肢，增加了病人的致残率和病死率，给病人和家庭带来严重的经济和心理压力。对糖尿病周围神经病变的相关危险因素及护理研究进展进行综述，以期改善病人的治疗效果，提高病人的生活质量。%Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN)was one of the most common complications in patients with diabetes mellitus.The diabetic foot even amputation occurred at the later stage of diabetes mellitus,which in-creased the morbidity and mortality of patients,and brought serious economic and psychological pressure for pa-tients and their families.The article reviewed the research progress on related risk factors and nursing of diabet-ic peripheral neuropathy,so as to improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
