全程健康教育模式对糖尿病病人自我认知能力的影响

         

摘要

[目的]探讨全程健康教育模式对糖尿病病人自我认知能力的影响。[方法]选取146例糖尿病病人进行研究,随机分为对照组和试验组各73例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上进行全程健康教育,比较两组病人的血糖、血脂控制情况,采用糖尿病病人知识量表、自我管理量表评估自我管理水平。[结果]试验组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C)明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总自我管理评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的糖尿病知识掌握率(98.6%)明显高于对照组(82.2%)(P<0.05)。[结论]对糖尿病病人进行全程健康教育模式护理干预可以有效控制病人的血糖,提高病人的自我管理能力。%Objective:To probe into the influence of whole course health education model on self cognitive a-bility of patients with diabetes.Methods:A total of 146 diabetic patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,73 cases in each,the patients in control group were given conventional nursing,the patients in experimental group were giv-en conventional nursing care and the whole health education treatment,then to compare the control of blood glucose and blood lipid,diabetes knowledge scale,and evaluate the self management level by using diabetes knowledge scale and self management scale.Results:The fasting plasma glucose,postprandial blood sugar, cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C)in experimental group were better than those in control group,and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05 ).The total self management score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).The mastering rate of diabetes knowledge (98.6%)in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(82.2%),and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole course health education model for nursing intervention for patients with diabetes could effectively control the blood sugar and improve pa-tients’self management ability.
