回顾美国迈阿密大学的"压力管理和放松训练/表达性支持治疗女性研究项目",认为认知行为压力管理策略能促进HIV/AIDS女性患者的心理健康,帮助其实施和维持健康行为,并且此方案也成功转化到社区环境,以期对国内艾滋病研究和实践提供参考和借鉴.%Based on the reviewing of the Stress Management and Relaxation Training/Expressive-supportive Therapy(SMART/EST) Women's Program coming from Miami University in America,we concluded that cognitive-behavioral stress management strategies could promote the mental health in women living with HIV/AIDS and help them develop as well as maintain healthy behaviors.What's more,this program has been applied to the domestic communities successfully.We hope this review could offer references for domestic research and practice in AIDS field.
