外源性脂质性肺炎(ELP)是一种少见的慢性肺部疾病.本文报道1例ELP患者,结合相关文献总结了该病的诊断思路,经详细询问病史并结合纤维支气管镜检查,最终诊断为ELP.提示临床对ELP患者经经验性治疗效果不佳时,应及时完善纤维支气管镜及相关实验室检查,同时详细询问有无误吸史等,以明确是否引起ELP,避免漏诊或误诊.%Exogenous lipoid pneumonia (ELP) is a rare type of pneumonia.In this paper,we reported the diagnosis of a case of ELP based on the detailed medical history and results of fiberoptic bronchoscopy of the patient combined with the review of the related literature,suggesting that when the empirical therapy fails to treat the pneumonia,the patient should undergo fiberoptic bronchoscopy and related laboratory test,meanwhile,the aspiration history should be ascertained in order to reduce the possibilities of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of ELP.
