Objective To observe the effects of flapping―meridians combined with Chinese Traditional Medicine point plaster on systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and positive rate of morning blood pressure surge( MBPS)of patients with MBPS. Methods Patients who were hospitalized in Geriatric Department and Cardiovascular Department and received treatment in the Outpatient of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and whose Chinese tradition medicine type was Yin deficiency and Yang excess from June to December 2015 were selected in the study. 50 patients in Geriatric Department and the Outpatient were taken as experiment group,and other 50 patients in Cardiovascular Department and the Outpatient as control group. The control group took levamlodipine besylate tablets orally,based on which the experiment group received flapping―meridians combined with Chinese Traditional Medicine point plaster. Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of 24―hour was given to patients in two groups before treatment and at the 10th,20th,and 30th day after treatment. The 24―hour average systolic blood pressure,24―hour average diastolic blood pressure,the difference values of systolic blood pressure and diastotic blood pressure in MBPS,positive rate of MBPS were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results There was interaction between therapeutic measures and time on 24―hour average systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure(p〈0. 05),there was significant difference in the 24―hour average systolic blood pressure in MBPS at the 30 th day and the diastolic blood pressure at the 20th and 30th day of the treatment between two groups(p〈0. 05);the 24―hour average systolic blood pressure and 24―hour average diastolic blood pressure at the 10 th ,20 th and 30 th day of the treatment between the two groups were all significantly different from those intra―group before treatment(p〈0. 05). There was interaction between therapeutic measures and time on difference value of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in MBPS(p〈0. 05),there was significant difference in the difference values of systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure in MBPS at the 20 th and 30 th day of the treatment between two groups( p〈0. 05 );the difference values of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in MBPS at the 10 th ,20 th and 30 th day of the treatment between the two groups were all significantly different from those intra ―group before treatment(p〈0. 05). There was significant difference in positive rate of MBPS at the 20th and 30th day of the treatment between the two groups(p〈0. 05),there was significant decline in MBPS at the 20th and 30th day of the treatment compared with that at the 10th day(p〈0. 05). Conclusion Based on taking levamlodipine besylate tablets,patients of MBPS receiving flapping―meridians combined with Chinese Traditional Medicine point plaster can significantly reduce their blood pressure,and effectively decrease the positive rate of MBPS;moreover,its implementation is simple and easy,and has no space limit. It can effectively increase the nurse―patient communication,and patients'confidence and compliance in the treatment during the implementation, which can be easily accepted by patients,and increase their enthusiasm of the treatment.%目的：探讨循经拍打联合中药穴位外敷对晨峰血压（ MBPS）患者收缩压、舒张压及MBPS阳性率的影响。方法选择2015年6—12月在浙江中医药大学附属第二医院老年科及心血管科住院及门诊就诊且中医分型为阴虚阳亢的患者，老年科住院及门诊患者50例为试验组，心血管科住院及门诊患者50例为对照组。对照组每日晨起口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片，试验组在此基础上予以循经拍打联合中药穴位外敷，两组患者在治疗前及治疗第10、20、30天进行24 h动态血压监测，分别记录每次测量的24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、MBPS的收缩压差值与舒张压差值及MBPS阳性率，并进行统计分析。结果治疗措施与时间在24 h 平均收缩压、舒张压上存在交互作用（ p 〈0.05），两组治疗第30天24 h平均收缩压及治疗第20、30天24 h平均舒张压比较，差异均有统计学意义（p〈0.05）；两组治疗第10、20、30天24 h平均收缩压和24 h平均舒张压与组内治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（ p〈0.05）。治疗措施和时间在MBPS的收缩压差值和 MBPS 的舒张压差值上存在交互作用（ p 〈0.05），两组治疗第20、30天MBPS的收缩压差值、舒张压差值间差异有统计学意义（ p〈0.05）；两组治疗第10、20、30天MBPS的收缩压差值和舒张压差值与组内治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（ p〈0.05）。两组治疗第20、30天MBPS阳性率比较，差异均有统计学意义（p〈0.05）；两组治疗第20、30天MBPS阳性率较组内治疗第10天时下降（p〈0.05）。结论患者在服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片的基础上进行循经拍打联合中药穴位外敷，可显著降低阴虚阳亢MBPS患者的血压，有效降低MBPS阳性率；且操作简单易行，不受场地限制，治疗期间能有效增加护患之间的沟通，增加患者治疗的信心和依从性，容易被患者接受，可增加患者治疗的积极性。
