Objective To investigate the status of the scientific research capabilities in primary care providers in Yangpu District,Shanghai,and put forward solutions for the existing problems.Methods We searched the published articles written by the primary care providers from 11 community health service centers(CHSCs) in Yangpu District,Shanghai between 2006 and 2015 from CNKI.The articles were processed by Endnote X7 and statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Analytical figures were drawn by GraphPad Prism 5.We studied the published time,number,research topic and publishing organizations of the articles,and the journals that they were published in.Results A total of 324 articles were obtained by searching,of them,295 met the inclusion criteria,including 139 published in key journals,accounting for 47.12%,and 156 published in non-key journals,accounting for 52.88%.The number of published articles from 2006 to 2015 presented an upward trend generally.In the 10 years,the Yinhang Community Health Service Center published 76 articles (25.76%),while the Changbai Community Health Service Center was only 6 (2.04%).With regard to the research topic,74.24% (219/295) discussed problems related to diseases/ health,9.15%(27/295) investigated community health service management,5.76%(17/295) explored psychological /behavioral and sociological problems,4.41%(13/295) involved in general practice education,3.39%(10/295) covered the surveyseeds and level of satisfaction,2.71%(8/295) focused on health education,and 0.34%(1/295)talked about other aspect.There were 48.81% (144/295) of the articles published in 10 major journals,specifically,16.95%(50/295) were published in Shanghai Medical & Pharmaceutical Journal,6.78%(20/295) were published in Chinese General Practice and 6.44%(19/295) were published in Guide of China Medicine.The number of published articles in 2011-2015 was much more than that in 2006-2010(t=-2.609,P=0.026),but there was no significant differences in the number of articles published in key journals between these two periods (t=-1.576,P=0.146).Conclusion Although the number of published articles of primary care providers from the 11 CHSCs in Yangpu District,Shanghai increases gradually from 2006 to 2015,their levels of scientific research are not even,research topics are comparatively simple,quality of the articles are unsatisfactory,and scientific research capabilities are weak generally.Therefore,the standardized training base for general practice should explore some meaningful ways to improve the general practitioners′ education and their scientific research capabilities,such as training general practitioners(GPs) of research-based type,building the professional scientific research and teaching team,and developing the system of instructing GPs by tutors and so on.%目的 了解上海市杨浦区基层医疗机构科研能力的现状,分析存在的问题并探讨对策.方法 以中国知网(CNKI)为文献检索库,对2006-2015年上海市杨浦区11家社区卫生服务中心发表的文献进行检索,通过Endnote X7、SPSS 21.0、GraphPad Prism 5分别进行文献管理、统计学分析和绘图,研究内容包括文献发表时间、文献数量、发表机构、期刊分布情况、研究方向等.结果 初检获得文献324篇,筛选后获得合格文献295篇,其中核心期刊139篇(47.12%),非核心期刊156篇(52.88%).2006-2015年11家社区卫生服务中心发表文献数量总体呈上升趋势.殷行社区卫生服务中心在10年间共发表文献76篇(25.76%),而长白社区卫生服务中心仅为6篇(2.04%).文献研究方向分为7类,包括疾病/健康相关问题219篇(74.24%),社区卫生服务管理27篇(9.15%),心理/行为和社会学问题研究17篇(5.76%),全科医学教育13篇(4.41%),调查/需求和满意度10篇(3.39%),健康宣教8篇(2.71%),其他1篇(0.34%).发表文献数量排名前10位的期刊共刊载文献144篇(48.81%),其中《上海医药》50篇(16.95%),《中国全科医学》20篇(6.78%),《中国医药指南》19篇(6.44%).2011-2015年上海市杨浦区11家社区卫生服务中心发表文献数量高于2006-2010年,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.609,P=0.026);2006-2010年与2011-2015年上海市杨浦区11家社区卫生服务中心核心期刊发表文献数量比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.576,P=0.146).结论 2006-2015年上海市杨浦区基层医疗机构文献发表数量不断增加,但各基层医疗机构科研水平层次不齐、研究方向相对单一、文献质量有待提高、整体科研实力偏弱.因此,全科医学规范化培训基地应该在全科医师教育和科研能力培养上进行一些有意义的探索,如建立科研型社区全科医师培养模式、组建专业化的科研教学团队、制定"全科医师导师制"制度等.
