The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease are high among patients with chronic kidney disease, and dyslipidemia is one of the risk factors. Statins are core drugs for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease,while it is still controversial on the efficacy and safety of statins on patients with chronic kidney disease at different stages. The paper made a review of major relevant researches in China and abroad and objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of statins for patients with non - terminal chronic kidney diseases with a view to provide references for clinical rational drug use.%慢性肾脏病患者心血管疾病的发生率和病死率明显上升，血脂异常是慢性肾脏病患者发生心血管疾病的危险因素之一。他汀类药物是心血管疾病防治的核心药物之一，但是对于慢性肾脏病的不同阶段，他汀类药物的有效性和安全性仍存在争议。本文系统复习了近年来国内外相关的研究，客观评估他汀类药物在非终末期慢性肾脏病患者中的疗效和安全性，帮助临床合理用药。
