Patients with renal failure induced by chronic renal disease are always complicated with dyslipidemia, while it has been controversial in the use of statins in dialysis patients,and current random control trials and observational studies have not confirmed the cardiovascular benefits statins bring to dialysis patients. The cardiovascular effects of statins on kidney transplant patients also need to be further ascertained due to the lack of data of large samples. This paper summarized large random control trials and some observational research in China and abroad and made a review of the efficacy and safety of statins for patients with end - stage chronic renal disease.%慢性肾脏病所致肾衰竭患者常伴有血脂异常，而在透析患者中使用调脂药物一直备受争议，目前随机对照试验和观察性研究尚未证实他汀类药物能使透析患者心血管获益。他汀类药物对肾移植患者的心血管保护作用也因缺少大样本研究数据有待于进一步明确。本文总结了目前国内外大型随机对照试验和部分观察性研究，就他汀类药物对终末期慢性肾脏病患者心血管保护作用的有效性和安全性做一综述。
