Adrenal ganglioneuroma is a kind of clinically rare tumor in sympathetic ganglia originating from adrenal medulla,has no clinical manifestation with specificity,and is difficult to be distinguished from other adrenal diseases. We made a review of the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma and had findings as follows. Relative specificity exists in the imaging of adrenal ganglioneuroma:the computerized tomography reveals that the tumors take the shapes of" wax drip"," water drop" and " casting mould" penetrating into peripheral vessels, and the MRI shows a feature of " whirlpool";pathological examination is needed to support the diagnosis;the primary therapy method is surgical resection,but it is still controversial on the proper time to conduct surgery. With the development of laparoscopic technique,laparoscopic resection may become the main therapy for adrenal ganglioneuroma.%肾上腺节细胞神经瘤是一种起源于肾上腺髓质的交感神经节肿瘤，临床罕见，无特异性临床表现，不易与其他肾上腺疾病相鉴别。本文对肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断与治疗进展进行综述，认为其影像学表现具有相对特异性，CT表现为肿瘤呈“蜡滴状”“水滴样形态”“铸型样”深入血管周围，MRI呈现出“漩涡征”；确诊需依据病理检查结果；肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的主要治疗方式是手术切除，但目前对手术时机的选择仍有争议。随着腹腔镜技术的日益成熟，腹腔镜下肾上腺节细胞神经瘤切除术有望成为主要的治疗措施。
