[Problem] To provide an evaluation method that makes it possible to determine the progress of lung cancer from variation in cytokine concentration data over time and an evaluation device, program, evaluation system, and information communication terminal device used in the method. [Solution] Concentration data for at least two types of cytokines acquired from a sample collected from a subject for evaluation is acquired over time (that is, the concentration data is sampled intermittently or acquired continuously using a sensor). Examining the variation over time of the cytokine concentration data obtained in this way makes it possible to evaluate the progress of lung cancer in the subject for evaluation.
