The Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease( GOLD),a document issued by WHO,aims to promote the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ). It gives the strategies of diagnosis and management of COPD. However,the implementation of the guideline needs to be further improved. Through the analysis of a case of COPD,this paper introduces the clinical application of GOLD from the aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of COPD.%慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡议（ GOLD）是世界卫生组织有关COPD的全球防治性文件，提出了COPD诊断、管理策略。然而，全科医生对该指南的执行有待进一步提高。本文通过对1例COPD病例进行分析，从COPD的诊断、治疗方面演绎GOLD的临床应用。
