基于PEST模型的全科医生规范化培养宏观环境分析

摘要

《国务院关于建立全科医生制度的指导意见》提出规范全科医生培养模式,将全科医生培养逐步规范为“5+3”模式,即先接受5年的临床医学(含中医学)本科教育,再接受3年的全科医生规范化培养。本研究采用PEST模型对我国全科医生规范化培养的宏观环境进行分析,从政策、经济、社会和技术四个方面对全科医生规范化培养面临的影响因素进行了剖析。%Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Establishing General Practice System has proposed standardizing the training mode for general practitioners to transform it into " 5 +3" mode step by step,which means general practitioners should first receive a 5 -year undergraduate education on clinical medicine( including Traditional Chinese Medicine ), then a 3-year standardized training. This study adopts PEST model to analyze the macro environment of general practitioners' standard-ized training in China,and dissects the influencing factors from four aspects of policy,economy,society and technology.
