The child health service is an important portion in the field of community health service. With the development of urban economy, the health problems among migrant children have become increasingly prominent and are the focus of the society. The investigation shows that the migrant children's health care utilization, household income, awareness rate and prevalence rate are all lower than registered children's, and the main influence factors are educational level of parents, family economic status and so on. We need to do something to improve the health status of migrant children, such as strengthen health propaganda and education, improve the health budgets, establish electronic management system, etc. This article synthesizes the investigation of health care among migrant children both at home and abroad, points out the lack of current situation and provides information for the government and relevant departments to formulate health care policy among the migrant children.%儿童保健服务是社区卫生服务领域中的重要组成部分.随着城市经济的发展,流动儿童保健问题日益突出,且受到社会各界的关注.调查显示,目前流动儿童保健利用率、家庭收入、知识知晓率、患病率等均低于户籍地儿童,且主要的影响因素有父母文化程度、经济水平等,需要通过加强健康宣教、提高流动儿童保健经费、建立电子管理系统等改善现状.综合国内外对流动儿童保健现状的调查,指出目前的不足,为政府和相关部门制定流动儿童保健政策提供信息.
