辽宁省全科医生培训的现状及需求调查

摘要

Objective To explore the status quo and demands of general practice training in Liaoning Province. Methods Trainees of the General Practice Training Program in August 2011 in Liaoning were surveyed with questionnaire. Results The age distribution among the surveyed subjects was 20 ~ 30 years old ( 7/83 , 8.4% ), 31 ~51 years old ( 69/ 83 , 83. 2% ), and above 51 years old ( 7/83 , 8. 4% ). Thirty - seven subjects were not aware of the six functions ( prevention, treatment, health care, health education, rehabilitation, and family planning ) of community health service, among whom, 22 were general practitioners. Above 80% of the subjects hope to improve their overall quality by regular exchange study in large hospitals. Conclusion The quantity and quality of general practitioners are low. Professional promotion standards, payment, inappropriate training content and formats are major issues of general practice training. Proper general practitioner training and accreditation system should be established. Furthermore, the payment of general practitioners should be improved, and professional promotion standards should be constructed to attain and retain general practitioners.%目的 了解辽宁省全科医生培训的现状及需求,为全科医生培训提供建议.方法 对参加辽宁省2011年8月社区全科医生培训的学员进行问卷调查.结果 被调查的83名学员中,20~30岁7人(占8.4%),31~50岁69人(占83.2%),51岁及以上7人(占8.4%).不知道"六位一体"服务项目的 医生有37人(占44.6%),这其中包括全科医生22人.在提高综合素质方面,希望定期到大医院学习和轮流定期到大医院学习的均达80%以上.结论 全科医生数量偏少,后继乏人,且基础知识匮乏.职称晋级标准、待遇问题、培训内容及方式不合理是目前困扰全科医生培训的最大问题.应通过建立完善、合理的全科医生培训、认定体系,提高全科医生素质.提高全科医生待遇,合理制定全科医生职称晋级标准,增加全科医生岗位吸引力.
